LRS Travel acts as a means of assigning transport services via its website: lrstravel.com. The contract for the provision of travel services is made between you and the Transporter.

General Terms of Use

  • Visitors/ users of our website are kindly requested to read the following Terms and Conditions thoroughly.
  • By booking a service provided by our Company through our website, contact form, phone or email,  you agree to have read, understood, and fully accept all of our Terms & Conditions as listed below.
  • If you disagree with any part or parts of our Terms & Conditions, please DO NOT proceed to use this website.
  • If you are still unsure and would like advice regarding our Terms and Conditions please feel free to ask us via email: info@com or our contact form and we will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
  • Our company reserves the right to add to, change or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, without notice. Any changes to these Terms & Conditions or any terms available on this website apply as soon as they are shown.


  • LRS Travel provides travel services in Greece and abroad. On our website you can book our services, by choosing your time and place of travel. Travel is performed by the respective carrier each time.
  • To finalize a booking on this website, it is necessary to explicitly and unconditionally accept the terms of use and conditions.
  • By accepting the terms of use, you also declare that you are an adult and have full legal capacity, in order to comply with the requirements hereof.
  • Users act also on behalf of and on account of their co-passengers, who are bound by the user’s statement of acceptance of the terms and hence their consent must be first obtained.
  • All the information users are requested to provide during the booking process is necessary for the execution of our services. For this reason, please take particular care in order to provide accurate information. Once you receive the confirmation e-mail for your booking, please check the information included therein and in the event of any mistake, please notify us the soonest possible.
  • Users should have the confirmation e-mail received upon completion of the booking process available and present it to the driver at boarding.
  • Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled travel.
  • In case the cost of the travel is higher than the one mentioned in your reservation, we will inform you and then you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund in case you you have prepaid the services, or make the reservation again in the correct price.
  • LRS Travel reserves the right to refuse any travel request. In this case, you will receive an e-mail to be notified of this event. If you have prepaid the services, you will be refunded the full amount (in euros) or you may be offered an alternative service.
  • Upon completion of your reservation, you have to choose the method of payment and to arrange it if necessary.
  • Payment methods:
    • Cash,
    • Via PayPal,
    • Via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners.
  • We reserve the right, if the payment cannot be made, to cancel the reservation and the service is not performed.
  • All prices listed are per vehicle and not per person.
  • To satisfy any additional requests you might have, for example, child seats, etc., please let us know during the booking process. We will do our best to satisfy them. However, if your additional requests are not met, any additional costs if paid shall be refunded, our company is free from any further liability whatsoever.


  • At present, lrstravel.com is available in two languages: Greek and English. We communicate with our clients in these two languages. In the event of a translation divergence, the Greek version shall prevail.
  • Communication with our customers is made by e-mail. In exceptional cases, this may take place by telephone.
  • We will be communicating with you at the e-mail address and the phone number you have declared during the booking process. For this reason, please check your e-mail regularly and if there is any change to that information, please notify us the soonest possible.

, Cancellation & Refund policy

  • Customers are required to inform the company in advance of any changes or cancellations of their bookings.
  • Requests for booking change must be submitted at least 36 hours before the scheduled travel. You may notify us by e-mail. In order for any change to become effective, you should receive an e-mail confirming such change. The last e-mail received by our company shall be in force, cancelling all the previous ones, including the original confirmation e-mail.
  • Some changes to your booking may incur additional costs, which shall be borne exclusively by the customer. This cost must be paid before your travel.
  • Users may make up to three changes to the same booking, free of charge. Any change further to that, even if requested in time, i.e. less than 36 hours from the travel and accepted by the company in the form of an e-mail, shall be charged with management costs of 10,00 euros.
  • As long as you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your service date, you will be refunded 100% of the paid amount (if you have prepaid). The costs of the banking transaction are paid by the customer. To cancel an order the client should send an e-mail to info@lrstravel.com with order details
  • If a reservation is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled travel, the money will NOT be refunded.


  • The carrier is required to pick you up and travel you from / to the point you have indicated. If it is impossible to access that point, the carrier is obliged to take you to the nearest point, as long as the vehicle’s specifications allow such access and if your safety is not jeopardized.
  • In cases of exogenous special restrictions, such as (indicatively) increased traffic, extreme weather conditions, demonstrations, traffic regulations, etc., disembarkation and boarding may not be possible. In such cases, you will be picked up or disembarked at the nearest point possible.
  • Our company’s vehicles always follow the shortest and safest routes. If, at the customer’s request, the driver follows another, longer than the usual route, additional charges may arise.
  • If you travel by plane, the carrier is obliged to wait for you at the meeting point for 60 minutes after your flight has arrived. In case you are going to delay more than 60’ minutes, a member of your group should notify the carrier. In such a case extra charges, 20,00 euros per hour are After this time (60’) has elapsed and if you have not informed us, the carrier will try to contact you through the phone number you gave during the reservation procedure. If this communication is not feasible, the booking is cancelled and there is no refund. In the event that the pickup point is not at the airport, all the above applies, but the waiting time is 30 minutes.
  • In case the customer is unable to locate the driver, he should contact LRS Travel, immediately. If you do not contact us and we are not aware of the incident, the travel will be canceled, and the money will NOT be refunded.
  • All travels are private, without waiting, directly to your destination.
  • Our company does not guarantee the type of vehicle you will be travelred with. There is a possibility that the vehicle initially arranged for your travel to be replaced by a new vehicle, of the same or higher category.
  • All our vehicles are insured and meet all specifications in accordance with the applicable Greek legislation.
  • LRS Travel and carriers have the right to refuse travel to persons considered to represent a possible threat to the driver, the other passengers or the vehicle, such as in the event of use of alcohol or drugs. In these cases, customers are not eligible for refund.
  • Consuming alcohol, smoking or using illegal substances is not allowed during the trip.
  • All offered services are subject to weather conditions, traffic regulations and any potential events that are beyond the control of our Company (such as strikes, manifestations, floods, accidents, change of course of plane, extreme weather, police operations, incorrect booking data, non-existence of the booking form and other similar circumstances). Should such an event occur, which might prevent the proper performance of the service, partially or in full, our Company shall apply all reasonable effort in order to fulfill the service. However, should such applied efforts fail, partially or in full, our Company can not be held responsible for non-performance and you are not entitled to any compensation or refund.


  • All children (regardless of their age) are counted as passengers and must have an individual seat.
  • If you are traveling with children, you must declare that during the booking Note that children under the age of 3 years MUST travel on an appropriate child seat. In case you do not ask us for a child safety system, your child will travel with the safety systems available to the vehicle .
  • An additional fee of 5 euro per one child seat will be added to the total price of travel.
  • For your convenience, we recommend that you bring your own child seats or booster.

People with disabilities

  • Persons with disabilities traveling in special wheelchair or other aids should report it in their booking and ensure that the vehicle they choose is suitable for their needs. Our company does not yet have special vehicles and staff for people with disabilities therefore please make sure that our vehicles can serve you, before finalizing your booking with us. Persons with disabilities, should also be able to enter the vehicle on their own or with the help of their co-passengers.


  • Passengers are entitled to carry the luggage declared during the booking process.
  • The customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred in case additional vehicles are required to carry the additional undeclared luggage.
  • By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that your luggage does not contain objects that are considered illegal under the applicable Greek Legislation.
  • The travel of luggage and other personal items is solely at the customer’s responsibility and under no circumstances can LRS Travel be held liable for any loss or damage.


  • If animals are traveling with you, you must have previously informed our company during the booking process. Customers should travel their pets in a special pet transport box, otherwise the carrier is entitled to refuse the travel, in which case you are not entitled to a refund.
  • If you are travelling with a pet that you have not declared, the Transporter has the right to refuse transportation and the money are NOT refunded.

Governing Law – Jurisdiction

  • The present terms of use, any lease contract and, in general, any transaction between our company and its customers are governed by Greek law
  • The Courts of Thessaloniki are the competent courts for any disputes arising out of this contract.
